Yoga
Yoga is an antique doctrine based on a deep-rooted body awareness as well as respect for the body. This includes the awareness of personal limits and the responsible usage of physical and mental capacities. This is supported by the fact that yoga is a discipline practicable for younger and older people.
The term “Yoga” stands for “Unity / Harmony”, unity of the body, mind and soul. Yoga practitioners benefit immensely from practice. Muscles are strengthened, the spine becomes more elastic, the circulatory system improves, the respiratory system as well as all other organs profit. Balancingbreathing with these physical aspects improves the general health condition, leading to harmony and peace.
By this means, life – with all its ups and downs – can be mastered smoothly.
Not surprisingly, yoga is a powerful remedy to strengthen the general physical and mental condition and is considered a true philosophy.
