A very nice and large ground floor one-room apartment suitable for up to 6 people, with a beautiful historical vaulted brick ceiling, large fully equipped kitchenette with large table, microwave,
German coffee machine and Italian mocha,
electric 4-plate stove, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, satellite TV with international channels and 2 bathrooms (1 shower room with toilet and a toilet).
The large studio is separated by closets, the sheep corner has a double bed and the sitting area has 2 double sofa beds.
There is a very warm atmosphere – not least thanks to the beautiful furnishings.
The equipment is, as in all rooms of the Fanos Farm, so thought to be completely independent and spend a nice and relaxing holiday.
Outside this apartment there is a portico with a table where you can eat or just relax. It is the perfect apartment for a family or good friends.

- Between Borgomanero and Novara, a few minutes from Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta.
GPS Coordinates (Global Position System) 45° 37′ 19,65″ North – 8° 33′ 51,80″ Est - Coming from the A26 motorway, exit, keep right on the SR 229 towards Novara. After 7km keep left towards Suno onto the SP 22 (Fano’s Farm sign). In the city, at the stop sign, keep right and immediately left again into Via Marconi, which becomes via Piana (further Fano’s Farm sign). Continue for 2 km until after the sign Fano’s Farm. Continue for another 2 km (leaving the sign “Fine Suno” behind).
The first white building on the right – you are here! - Coming from the Milano-Torino A4 motorway, take the Marcallo Mesero exit, follow the directions to “Malpensa” and take the first exit on the right on the SS 336. Continue for about 13 km and exit at Oleggio / Busto. At the roundabout, take the third exit to Oleggio, take the SP 527 road, continue on the roundabout, the Oleggio bridge and iin Oleggio, at the third roundabout, Valsesia / Borgomanero / Momo take the SP 17. In Castelletto di Momo, turn right towards Vaprio d’Agogna / Suno on the SP 19. In SUno at the first traffic light, keep right in via Toppie and then at the end of the street in via Piana. Continue for 2 km (leaving the sign “Fine Suno” behind). The first white building on the right – you are here!
- 20 km from Milano Malpensa airport in the direction of Novara and then in Oleggio follow the signs for the A4 motorway.
